May 2020 – ongoing Tranxfer is a SAAS company which works in the cybersecurity field and specially involved with bank, insurance and utilities clients. The company was founded 5 years ago, and now after closing an investement of 1 million the next goal is to grow in sales, build new functionalities for the product and start operating like a bigger an mature company and not so much a startup. Here is where my role was considered and I am now in charge of the Mkt & inline sales department, Offline sales & Paternishps departments and Innovation for the product focused on new technologies trends, business research and in constant contact with CISOs, CIOs and CTOs.

January 2018 – May 2020 I work for the sales global strategy, developing new business based in software projects, focused in innovation and uses of new technologies. I work closely with: Azure Microsoft, Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Data analysis, Augmented reality) I find the opportunity, develop innovation talks, approach IT MANAGERS, CTOs, CIOs and CEOs for sales approach and develop partnerships and long professional relationships with companies. After proposal, I manage the project between client and technical team (timings, budget, quality, negotiations and sales) International company – 13Mill invoicing – +250 employees.
sept 2017- January 2018 My role was to lead and provide the strategy and plan for the Digital transformation of this chemical company in the industrial field. (Sale of cosmetic product B2B And B2C). I was leading commercial department with a team of 5 sales professionals. Online and offline global strategy & the implemention new channels of communication for departments and the management and optimization of business processes of the company. Diversifying risk and crosselling, introducing also new services & business units working throughout innovation and agile sales methodology. In charge of International exports and projects. Product manager for the creation of new products for sale on the B2C line.
BWISE SYSTEMS – My start up
2016 –2018- Project developed for an investor group and acquired by a competitor after the growth as part of the strategy. I founded the company, setting the bases and creating everything, starting from the business model, prototype, MPV, Product development and design, business development, training and management of the sales team, creation of processes, negotiation of suppliers and technical team. Reporting to investors. (1-10 employees) – Public financing 250k and private investement) – Merged with telco competitor. Saas product based in networks, wifi and beacons (hardware and software)
Interim management (after merging startup) My role in this company has been introducing innovation and new methodologies in B2B sales for more effective Business development (new procedures and stetting goals). Innovation in B2B sales strategy, agiles sales and coaching to the CEO which had a technical background. CMO & Product design / Product owner working with team of engineers and developers. Telecommunication and technology services at IoT Industrial Sector. B’Smart captures any KPI in the field whether it be temperature, GPS coordinates, pressure,or acceleration, and takes it to the cloud in real time.

2016- 2018– Saas for hotel industry (embeed system in tablet for check in and check out processes). I developed the business model and product design, I was in charge of growth of the start up. Acquired by only-apartments It’s actually present in the stock market (MAB). I Enjoyed a lot of being a product owner here and repositioning the Ctytab project (Which wasn’t working good). The New Start up developed for TBD Group (Qrenta) investing group of technology companies. Generator of Startup, we give strategy to start ups and we convert them into good assets that can be quoted in stock with the aim of capitalizing them and that can continue with their growth, expansion and business development. Only apartments (Cerbium S.L.) has been in the stock market for the last 3 years.

2010-2014-Strategic mkt consulting & commercial innovation, mainly in charge of digital startegy and web for companies, startups, internet processes optimization. Design of digital projects, software and UX. Acceleration of sales plans. Implementation of tools and technologies to improve processes, marketing and equipment management. Agile methodologies. 5 people in my team and over 30 clients. The main problem was services weren’t very scalable and everytime clients could find more tools which did our job ( more cheap) therefore, i decides to move myself to sowfatre and platforms which could be more scalable.
